1. Acceptance
By accessing lorenzo.com.sa or ordering through Lorenzo channels you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Ordering & pricing
All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and shown on our menu at time of order. Delivery is a flat SAR 12 through Lorenzo channels; minimum order is SAR 30. Third-party aggregator pricing may differ.
3. Delivery
We deliver to areas served by each branch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with weather, traffic, and order volume. Please provide accurate address, phone, and access details.
4. Lorenzo Rewards
Points accrue on orders placed through the official Lorenzo app or website. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire per program rules communicated in the app.
5. Cancellation & refunds
Contact 920051999 immediately after ordering. Once an order enters preparation it cannot be cancelled. Refunds for quality issues are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Menu & availability
We may change menu items, prices, offers, and hours at any time. Some items may be unavailable at certain branches or times.
7. User conduct
Do not misuse our site: no attempts to compromise security, spam our forms, scrape data, or impersonate others.
8. Intellectual property
Lorenzo Pizza name, logo, menu, imagery, and content are our property or used with permission. Do not reuse without written consent.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, Lorenzo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from use of our site or services.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the competent Saudi courts.
